Prepare Your Computer and Browser - (Follow the detailed steps below)
  • Install USB Token drive from the CD you received in the pack if you wish to use USB Token for securing your Digital Signature. Using USB token is recommended for security reasons.
  • If you do not have USB token available at the time of enrollment, you may download your DSC on your PC. It would be possible to import DSC in USB token at a later point.
  • Your Computer must have Windows NT, 2000, XP and Internet Explorer Browser 5.5 or above.
  • Active-X Controls need to be enable in your Internet Explorer Browser.
    1. Open a Browser (Internet Explorer).
    2. Go to Tools ⇨ Internet Option ⇨ Security
    3. Select Custom Settings
    4. Set all Options for Active-X Plug-ins to Enable and Click OK to Close the dialog.
  • Set security to Medium from your Internet Explorer Browser.
    1. Open a Browser (Internet Explorer).
    2. Go to tools ⇨ Internet Option ⇨ Security
    3. Click 'Default Settings' and set to 'Medium'
